They have all been taken from the one light bulb and a free standing fridge style to the kind of level that we Aussies demand and appreciate..We source our properties from locals using a trusted network of finders, lawyers, taxi drivers etc that we developed over timeHow easy is the process of acquiring my property in Bali?It's pretty easy, but with us it's incredibly simple. Like leasing a car we own the property until you finish paying for it. So all the regulations and local taxes etc are for us to deal with. As the person purchasing the property you just need to decide whom you wish to be living in it, you or a tenantWhat kind of protection do I have?You will have a legal and notarized sale agreement clearly stating the terms, the price, the downpayment needed and the monthly instalment amount your paying of your propertyEach property is different. It already exists before we market it, and will be modernized before we offer it for sale. In some cases for a small fee you can reserve a property in its original condition whilst the work is being carried out. This usually takes a few months after which you can complete the paperwork and move in or start letting it.If you change your mind you don't have to go ahead when the house is ready.We have a list with others happy to step in if things change, including some canny investors .What if for some reason I later change my mind and don’t want to continue with the purchase?Not a problem, it hasn’t happened as yet as prices just keep rising but just let us know as we are happy to work something out. But remember, you may lose out on profits from buying the house.
